Terms of Service
Last updated July 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Edrizz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Edrizz.
2. What Edrizz is — and isn't
Edrizz is an independent educational tool for test practice, university research, and application planning. It is provided for study and preparation purposes only.
3. AI-generated feedback is not an official score
Writing, Speaking, and Essay feedback on Edrizz is generated automatically using AI models and approximated scoring rubrics we’ve built from public band/scoring descriptors. It is designed to be useful practice feedback — it is notan official score, is not produced or reviewed by a certified examiner, and will not appear on any real transcript or score report. AI output can be inaccurate or inconsistent. Don’t treat any Edrizz score, band, or piece of feedback as a guarantee of how you’ll perform on an actual exam or in real admissions review.
4. No admissions or outcome guarantees
Edrizz helps you organize and practice for the college application process. We don’t guarantee any particular test score, university admission, scholarship, or other outcome — those decisions are made entirely by testing organizations and universities, using criteria and processes we don’t control.
5. Your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate profile information — the product uses it (grade, curriculum, target countries, etc.) to personalize what you see.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the essays, resume content, and recordings you submit (“your content”). By submitting it, you give Edrizz the limited right to store and process your content in order to provide the service — for example, running it through transcription or AI assessment and showing you the results. We don’t use your content for anything beyond providing the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't share your account or resell access to Edrizz.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the question bank or platform content in bulk.
- Don't submit content that's abusive, illegal, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Edrizz's systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Pricing & billing
Prices shown on Edrizz’s pricing page are indicative of our planned tiers. Paid billing is not yet active; where it is, this section and a dedicated billing agreement will be updated to reflect the actual payment terms, provider, and cancellation/refund policy before any charge is made.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Edrizz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete. Use your judgment, and treat feedback as one input among many — including guidance from teachers, counselors, and official exam-prep materials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edrizz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated feedback or practice scores.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above; continued use of Edrizz after changes means you accept the updated terms.
